The Excellence Programme is built for the C-suite and the wider senior team inside private-equity-backed portfolio companies — the functional leaders whose decisions move the value creation plan and carry weight at exit.
It gives them what most were never taught: how a fund actually thinks. Investment thesis, deal structure, board dynamics, operational value creation, the exit. Not traditional management training — focused, high-impact work that helps executives line up with their investors, scale without breaking, and take a real part in delivering the return.

Where I teach.
Glion Institute of Higher Education is one of the world’s leading hospitality business schools. I’m a Visiting Professor on its Leadership Faculty, teaching at Masters level — leadership in uncertain times, across cultures, and in the service of a luxury guest experience.
It keeps the work honest. The people I teach are heading into an industry where the pressure is real, the standards are absolute, and it all happens in public. Same test as the boardroom, a different room — and it sharpens how I coach everywhere else.

I’m a certified Heroic Coach and a Heroic Ambassador. Heroic puts ancient wisdom and modern science to a single purpose: closing the gap between who we’re capable of being and who we’re actually being.
That’s the same gap my work lives in — knowing versus doing, selection versus readiness. Different scale, same fight. I believe in what they’re building, and I stand behind it.
